Naruto Does Battle on the Nintendo DS
Naruto is easily one of the most popular anime series today, taking on similarly epic proportions as Dragon Ball from a few (many?) years back. We like following the exploits of Konoha’s future Hokage, along with all his friends from the Hidden Leaf Village. From Kakashi Sensei to the pink hair of Sakura, we can’t get enough of these crazy shinobi.
Naruto Shippuden: Shinobi Retsuden II certainly isn’t the first Naruto game to appear on the Nintendo DS, but it’s shaping up to be a pretty solid fighting game, featuring a full slate of characters from the popular anime series. Shinobi Retsuden II won’t have the technicality of Virtua Fighter 5 or the quirky items of Super Smash Bros Brawl, but the action looks pretty hectic!
It looks like it’s going to be a Japan-only release, so you’ll want to look to the importers to get your hands on this fighting game.
